The conversion of commercial to residential properties involves many stages starting with having the properties zero rated with the Valuation Office Agency and ending in the transfer and registration of residential properties on the Council Tax register.
At Fastgrand, we deal with all the crucial stages from Naming and Numbering, updating Royal Mail, deal with new utility supplies, arrange for electric, gas and meter installations, fresh water and sewer connections, VOA and Council Tax, advertising, furnishing, snagging repairs and sourcing professional tenants.

In line with the passing of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Please find Below a list of our companies fees associated with the lettings and tenancies:
- TENANTS REFERENCING FEE:
£240.00 (per applicant)
- MID-TERM TENANCY CHANGE
£300.00 (with a further £180.00 per applicant)
- EARLY TERMINATION OF TENANCY
THE EQUIVALENT OF TWO MONTH’S RENT
- LANDLORDS FEES:
Our standard management fee is 10% of the rental income received.
